Privacy Policy

CajeroLabs is a software engineering company. We design, build and operate payment infrastructure for our own products. We do not hold customer funds or process payments under the CajeroLabs name.

This policy covers this website only. If you hold an account with one of our products, that product's own privacy policy governs your account and transaction data.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, no sign-up and no payment forms. We collect two things:

• Analytics. Standard web analytics — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and the site you arrived from. We use this to understand which parts of the site are read.
• Email you send us. If you write to hello@cajerolabs.com, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and maintain a record of the conversation.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build marketing profiles from your visit.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to serve the site and to collect the analytics described above. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything here.

Retention

Analytics data is retained in aggregate. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@cajerolabs.com and we will respond.
